About Us
Hi, we're Jackie and Caroline! Like many couples today, we first met online. Nine years later, we’re still each other’s favorite person to do everything with, from chores to concerts, from beach days to big adventures.
Our relationship is rooted in laughter, mutual respect, and an unwavering love for one another. We dream of bringing those same values into our family life, creating a home full of connection, support, and joy. We also deeply value the importance of education, not just in the classroom, but in everyday life, and will nurture a love of learning by encouraging curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Whether our child grows up loving sports, painting, dancing, coding, or something entirely unexpected, we’ll be there cheering them on every step of the way.
Jackie finds joy in cooking and hosting family dinners, while Caroline brings vibrant energy wherever she goes — she’s always connecting with people and has a great eye for fashion and design. Together, we balance each other beautifully and can’t wait to share our love with a child.

About Jackie:
Jackie works in the dental field and grew up in the Hamptons. She’s an animal lover through and through—especially when it comes to dogs. She’s also really passionate about food and is known among our friends as the one to ask for restaurant recommendations or recipe ideas. She loves cooking and hosting, and nothing makes her happier than having people she loves around the table.

If there were one word to describe Caroline, it would be “Passionate”. In every detail of work and family, Caroline shows passion and shows her love to the fullest. She always puts our family first and is the best support and best friend I could ever ask for.
Jackie's thoughts on Caroline
Caroline also grew up in a small beach town, where days were often spent on the water and summers felt endless. She’s always been drawn to creativity and self-expression—she loves fashion and tattoos, and looks forward to Halloween every year (costumes and decorating are a must!).
Travel is one of her biggest passions, especially exploring new places abroad. One of her dreams is to have a boat of her own someday, so she can give her future child the same kind of joyful, carefree experiences she cherished growing up by the water.

We’re incredibly lucky to have a strong circle of both family and friends — the kind of support system that truly feels like a village.
We’ve each held onto close friendships since childhood, and our friend group has grown into a lively, loving, and diverse community. Many of our friends have young children, and several are part of the LGBTQ+ community raising families of their own. We share common passions from music and entertainment to backyard barbecues and beach days — and we’re always there for each other through life’s ups and downs. These friends have become our chosen family, and they’re just as excited as we are to welcome a child into this circle of love, laughter, and unwavering support.
Family has always been the heart of our lives. Jackie comes from a big Sicilian family, and Caroline from a close-knit Greek one, so traditions, food, and togetherness are at the core of who we are. We live close to our immediate families and gather regularly for dinners, celebrations, and everyday moments that matter.
Adopting a child means not only welcoming them into our home but also into this extended web of people who are ready to love and support them endlessly. We can’t wait to pass on the traditions we grew up with, while also creating new ones as a family of our own.
Our Home and Our Travels
We love where we live. Born and raised in New York, we are both from towns and the ocean and water activities run through our veins. We are also close to the big city for entertainment, concerts, and nice dinners. We have owned our home for almost 4 years and it has become a sanctuary. We love to decorate and host holidays, BBQ’s and parties.
When we are not together, they have been to Italy and the Caribbean. Throughout the year, they take any possible opportunity to travel domestically to visit family and to explore the beautiful things that are close to home.
Our furry trio Charli and Rosie (our sweet, playful dogs), and Riley the cat are very much a part of our family. They love kids, enjoy snuggling up for story time, and are always ready for an outdoor adventure or cozy movie night. They’ve brought so much joy into our lives and are ready to welcome a new little one into the pack!

Caroline has a passion for fashion. She loves shopping, keeping up with the latest trends, and catching live music and hanging with friends whenever she can.
Jackie is happiest in the kitchen or by the ocean. She enjoys cooking, relaxing at the beach, picnics with friends, and unwinding with a good puzzle or murder mystery TV series.
Favorite place to Travel
Caroline has traveled for work to Japan, Europe, California, Texas, and Chicago. She feels most at peace anywhere near water with a beautiful view.
Jackie loves exploring new places and counts the Bahamas and Italy among her favorites. She's excited to continue traveling and has her sights set on more adventures abroad.
Favorite Food
Caroline has a serious sweet tooth. She loves trying all kinds of desserts, especially anything involving ice cream.
Jackie leans more savory, with a love for all things cheese and a constant craving for pasta.
But one thing we both agree on? Pizza is the ultimate favorite!
Favorite Music
More often than not, you'll walk into our home to the sounds of oldies—Sinatra, Motown, and timeless ’60s and ’70s hits. We love all kinds of music, but the classics always bring us back with their warmth, nostalgia, and sense of home.
